Fulfillment Poicy

TallynBalance provides expert financial services, including but not limited to:
Bookkeeping (monthly, quarterly, or annual)
Tax preparation and filing (individual, business, and nonprofit)
Fractional or Virtual CFO services
Financial reporting and analysis
Budgeting, forecasting, and strategic advisory
All services are governed by a signed Engagement Letter and/or Proposal, outlining the agreed-upon scope, deliverables, and terms.

Bookkeeping: Delivered monthly or quarterly, including reconciliations, reports, and financial statements within 10–15 business days after receipt of all required documentation.
Tax Services: Returns are prepared and filed in alignment with IRS and state deadlines, dependent upon the timely submission of information by the client.
CFO Services: Delivered on a recurring schedule (weekly, biweekly, or monthly), as defined in the engagement.
Advisory/Project Work: Fulfillment timelines are specified in each respective proposal or agreement.

To ensure timely and accurate service, clients agree to:
Provide all necessary documentation and information promptly.
Respond to communication and requests for clarification in a timely manner.
Review completed work and notify us of any discrepancies within 10 business days of delivery.

Revisions due to errors made by TallynBalance are corrected at no cost.
Revisions due to incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client may be subject to additional billing.
Amendments, refilings, or late-stage changes requested by the client outside the original scope will be quoted separately.

TallynBalance delivers services and documents through:
Secure client portals (e.g., QuickBooks, TaxDome, etc.)
Encrypted email communications
Virtual meetings and consultations, when applicable

We are not responsible for delays caused by:
Incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.
Failure to respond to communication within a reasonable timeframe.
Third-party software outages or system issues outside of our control.

All services are coordinated via [client portal, email or phone. Regular updates and status reports are provided for ongoing services. Appointments are available virtually or in person (where applicable) and must be scheduled in advance.em description
Cancellation/Refund Policy

Clients may cancel services by providing written notice, subject to the terms of the signed Engagement Letter or Proposal.
For ongoing services (e.g., monthly bookkeeping or CFO), a minimum 30-day notice is generally required.
One-time or project-based services canceled mid-project may be billed on a prorated basis for work already completed.difference.

Refund eligibility and terms are determined by the signed Engagement Letter or Proposal.
No refunds will be issued for services already performed or hours already invested.
If an upfront payment or retainer was made, refunds (if any) will only be issued if no work has commenced and cancellation occurs within 7 business days of payment.

If the client does not provide requested documents or information in a timely manner, TallynBalance may pause or cancel services. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.
